Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the healthcare journey

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices
